If you are unsatisfied with an existing product or new product that you have purchased elsewhere, bring it to us and our team of highly capable engineers and tradespersons will offer advice and suggestions, before improving it beyond your expectations. Our engineers can develop 3D master drawings and rendered drawings of the entire project so that your idea or problem can be improved as much as possible before a piece of steel is even touched.
Our certified ISO 9001:2012 quality process approach to designing, planning, manufacturing, commissioning and testing of all work means that each stage must pass inspection, to ensure your product is delivered as requested. Some of the work performed so far includes trailer & truck modifications, excavations extras & modifications, repair and reinforcing for vacuum collection tanks, framework upgrades and sand dispenser improvement and innovation.
Smart Fabrication also provides many opportunities to add value to brand new products before they even leave the dealership. We currently perform a lot of work for the nearby Cavpower and Hitachi earthmoving branches, installing light guards, vandal guards, rock guards, camera guards, handrails and toolboxes on brand new machines.
