From concept to construction
Smart Fabrication has a team of engineers with great abilities to work with you on your concept design utilising the latest 3D computer design software. The design can be drawn up as a fully rendered 3D model enabling accurate analysis of the design prior to construction. This allows any modifications to be tried and tested before any steel is even cut.
The design can then be detailed into smaller drawings necessary for the high quality of sub-processes such as laser & profile cutting, fabrication, machining, assembly, testing and commissioning.
If required, drawings in conjunction with photos of the finished project can be used as visual aids for operation and maintenance manuals. See Roocon.
We have a plotter in-house, capable of colour printing and black & white in large scale format on an endless roll. We also have good contacts with printing companies if you require professionally printed extra large scale formats.
