Stainless steel work;
Smart Fab specializes in all kinds of stainless steel fabrication and stainless steel welding. From a small stainless steel frame fabricated from angle iron or RHS, to welding of stainless pipe in all ranges and schedule sizes, make Smart Fabrication your # 1 stainless steel fabricator. |

Structural steel work; Smart Fabrication have worked on a range structural jobs ranging from sheds, pergolas, sunshades structures, patio extensions, house extensions & service station re-fits. From concept to 3D drawings through to fabrication. |

AluminIum work; Welding Aluminium frames, platforms, access ladders, We have recently just delivered (12 off) 1.5m - 3.5m high platforms to the AWD Project for working on the new Warships. |

Paint and finishing;
Our workshop is fully equipped with a large, well-lit spray booth, complete with extraction unit and overhead crane. The spray painting division is well equipped to apply any paint from acrylic to enamel to 2-PAK, or any coating specifically required by the customer. |

Profile cutting; Smart Fabrication has recently added a profile cutter to their workshop inventory capable of cutting mild steel plate up to 150mm thick. Since its' installation, Smart Fab has been able to significantly cut its turnaround time on urgent jobs, keeping our customers satisfied and getting the job cut and fabricated in record times. |

Working in confined spaces; Smart Fab can offer a solution for all your confined space requirements. We have all the gear from diesel compressors, breathable air filters, respirators, all confined space documentation (entry permit, risk assessment, JSEA etc). We provide everything leaving you with piece of mind that the job is done correct & safely. |

Tank fabrication; Smart Fab's water truck designs have been certified by SA Water & can be custom designed to suit any truck. Drawn up in 3D, Smart Fab's water storage tanks & water trucks hold from 2–20,000L. Fabricated from 6mm plate they can include extras such as; ladders, railings, tyre racks, walking decks, toolboxes & many more. |

pipe work;
Smart Fabrication specialise is all areas of steel pipe fabrication from small stainless & galvanized pipes through to large MSCL pipe. We fabricated pipe spool pieces, flanges, cut and join all size pipe either in house at our 27,000 square feet workshop or on site with our site trucks and containers. |

Heavy engineering We have designed, manufactured and supplied to the automotive, mining , defence, water, agricultural, civil and marine industries with great success. From pipe fabrication to tank fabrication, structural and /or site work. In mild, stainless or aluminium, steel fabrication is what we do, and we do it well. |

Facilities:
Our 27,000 square feet facility operates eight individual welding bays and utilises the convenience of overhead cranes. The workshop also operates a large spray booth where we paint all our work. We utilise the
convenience
of our profile cutter to get the job done and out asap. Various cutting facilities such as power hacksaws, cold cut saws and cropping machines are also a key to our efficiency.
