Australian Submarine Corporation (ASC):
Smart Fabrication has been working in colaboration with the Australian Submarine Corporation (ASC) since 2001. Our business with ASC has grown from producing a propeller stand in 2005, to the fabrication of the Sea Otter trailer (pictured), three 4.8m high propeller stands (pictured) and structural supports for the CNC machining equipment required to machine the propeller stands, in 2007.


Donald Equipment:
Smart Fabrication has been working with Donald Equipment for over three years on a range of repair work and maintenance contracts. Projects include the modification of large excavators, tractors, trucks and specialised equipment.

A recent exciting project was the repair of three mini monster trucks, which required straightening of the roll cages and servicing of various engine parts. Smart Fabrication's Managing Director, Simon Kennedy, was offered the opportunity to pilot one of the mini monster trucks as part of an exhibition round at the Adelaide Entertainment Center during a Sellout Monster Trucks Show. Equipment Component Holdings (ECH):
Smart Fabrication is licensed under ECH to fabricate high quality excavator buckets, rippers, compaction wheels, quick hitches and magnet heads. We also sell a wide range of Ground Engaging Tools (G.E.T.): teeth, adaptors, side cutting edges etc.

Smart Fabrication are one of only two businesses, other than ECH, to build and supply ECH Buckets to the general public & dealers around Australia. We have been building buckets for ECH for over 5 years now and last year alone built more than 200 Buckets.


Graham Handling & Equipment:
Smart Fabrication is a preferred contractor to GH&E. We fabricate and install post jib cranes, overhead monorail cranes, and repair existing cranes.


Hitachi:
Smart Fabrication has been working with Hitachi for over seven years. We often manufacture custom engine brackets and mounts as well as duplicating and improving specialised components.


GM Holden's
Smart Fabrication has been working in colaboration with Holdens for a number of years. The work we have been engaged in includes the fabrication and installation of many different types of products including major production line upgrades, as well as individual equipment for safety and production related jobs.

Safety Locks, Jigs and Ladders:
Safety equipment often includes ladders, platforms, guard rails, stands, and lockable cages.
Custom WIP Racks & Frames:
Production equipment often includes jigs and racks like those for the bumper bars and side skirts of the new VE Commodore. Smart Fabrication have manufactured, repaired & refurbished over 400 bumper bar racks ( as shown in figured 25 )

Leed Engineering & Construction:
Smart Fabrication worked colaboratively with Leed Engineering & Construction installing the new pipeline from Kangaroo Creek to Hope Valley in 2008.
